First experience ever buying my own vehicle was absolutely ruined by this dealership. I traded in my truck for a Tacoma TRD Off Road and when driving it home the transmission skipped. Brought it back the following Monday and they informed me that it will need a transmission replacement (good thing they missed that in the inspection). Waited a week and a half and still no news. Drove here today hoping they would make it right, but everything they showed me was above the price i paid for the original tacoma so they “couldnt make it work” Here i am leaving with my Ford again today with a cancelled contract and sour taste in my mouth. I highly suggest to ANYONE that is in the market for a used vehicle steer VERY CLEAR of Serra Toyota. They WILL screw you over.
