Mercedes-Benz of Houston Greenway

It was my first purchase with Mercedes or any car for that matter. I made it very easy for my sale person because all she needed to do was to work up the numbers and give it to me. I had to put down 5k but I'm not complaining about that. The paperwork process over all did not take long at all since the sale persona didn't really have to "sale" me on the product. I just didn't like that my sale person didn't really know much about the car when she was trying to "teach" me how the car operates yet she doesn't know anything about the car at all. I basically had to learn everything about the car myself. The finance manager was very nice and he went in details with me about all the numbers and taught me several things about the car and the service the dealership offers
