Dont waste your time

Was lied to multiple times by Zain and Chris. Started out at 11:30 when Zain told me he could get my pre approval done over the phone and sent him the info at 12:30. at 1:27 he texted me that he gave my folder to finance. Around 2 PM i spoke with Chris over the phone and he told me the pre approval was ok and the truck would be ready when i got there. I arrived at 4:30 and was told i had to fill out a credit report as my one from the morning never went through. I test drove the vehicle while they did my credit. After the test drive the vehicle was leaking coolant, they told me there was an open service order on the truck and the mechanics were gone for the day. I finally got the finance done at 8:30 and had to get a ride from an employee to get home as they would not let me take the truck. I was told that the truck would be ready by 1PM the next day. Zain also told me he would fill the truck for my inconvenience. I missed a day of work waiting for a call that never came. When i called at 2PM they informed me the part was faulty and they had to order a new one that would be there the next day and the truck should be ready by 9AM. At 10AM i called and was informed the truck would not be ready today but they would let me use a loaner after 2 days of being without a vehicle. They provided me a loaner that arrived at 11:45 after i told them my work closed at noon. too late for me to drive to my old truck and get my car seats for my kids. I called from work Monday morning and was told the truck should be ready that day and would be delivered to me. They called and informed me the truck was ready and would be delivered at 5PM. When they delivered the truck the license plates were not installed, the tank was under half a tank and they did not supply me the correct key for the toolbox on the truck. I have been a mechanic for 30 + years and requested multiple times on what needed to be or what was repaired on the truck and was never told even after the Inventory manager told me he would email me a complete list of what was done. I will be calling Corporate to make this complaint as well as writing this one.
