Great experience, no funny business

I had e-mailed ahead with an offer, and was notified by Bryan that my offer was accepted, and that they would be willing to match or beat my bank's financing offer. I expected to walk and find the deal changed as usual, but to my surprise, Bryan stuck by his word on both the price and the financing. The deal was smooth and I didn't find any changes in the fine print. All was according to plan, which meant the world to me. We were in and out and I went back to work in 3 hours.
