I was absolutely lied to twice about pricing of extra services available. Which leads me to feel confident in stating I was probably lied to about the value of my trade in as well as the deal in general. Because Kendall is the ONLY Honda dealer in Eugene they have the NEW Honda market cornered . I say opt for a used Honda if you can, or drive to Corvallis or anywhere else for your NEW Honda. Maybe expecting some basic honesty and follow through when you need to purchase a car from a dealer in a pinch is naive, obviously it was in MY case. That said, For me, many of their actions lived up to the "used car salesman" stereotype we all know. As a result my trust in Kendall is lacking. Luckily I don't have to service my car at Kendall to guaranty my warranty. I just have to keep good records. Hopefully this gives you a heads up to second guess everything if you choose to buy from Kendall Honda. If you choose to purchase there I hope your have a better experience than I did. You likely will if you Just remember 1. Bring another person 2. Read everything 2x 3. Caveat emptor. 4. Question everything. Not necessarily in that order. Good luck!
