Customer is not king

Bought my 15Th car is 4 years. Just realized they owed a key and they would not supply it said guys were pretty god about supplying at time of purchase. Not maybe there was an oversight after 15 cars. We have spent over 50k in four years. They just lost our business over a key that they said I could BUY. Stay away from this dealer. Run do not walk. They do not care. Obviously
