Quirk Ford
Dealership Sales Review
All they had to do is not play games. My last car was getting a little long in the tooth. I pretty much knew I wanted another Mustang convertible and I got my last car a Quirk. However I figured since I didn't know what other dealerships I probably should check them out before I tried quirk, maybe they'd be better and how would I know? It should be easy for them right? That was pretty much a mistake. I tried a few other dealerships in the area and most of them could not help themselves with the games. I'd e-mail for an estimate and get loads of e-mails, including ones asking if I got the estimate when they never sent one. At least one of them was e-mailing constantly but didn't even have any Mustangs at all, I don't know what they thought they were going to sell me. One I was told I'd get an estimate once I came in. I came in and still couldn't get an estimate on a last years model they were trying to move and they wouldn't tell me what my trade in was worth either. It's probably easier to get info out of a CIA agent than these guys. I double checked on Edmunds to figure out what it was worth then went to Quirk and Bill Bostwick was my salesman. That was a huge breath of fresh air. Their quote was actually very competitive and when I told them I was on the X-Plan they actually let me know how much the car was. We went over the new Mustangs they were getting in and I found one that was what I wanted. I was in and our in 2 hours after wasting many hours on the other dealships. I don't know in however many years when my car needs to be replaced I'll even bother with anybody else.
