I just finished up my lease deal on an IS350C from Lexus of Stevens Creek and had one of the best experiences from beginning to start. I know that there are a couple of average reviews on this dealer prior to my review, but what got me there was that they hired a new GM, Brendan Harrington, who is really great. He used to run West Covina Audi and I was so happy with my purchase then that I literally drove 6 hours and even changed brands so I could get a car from him. From the beginning of my sales process, Brendan was more than willing to help me out and he got Brian Crocker, Internet/Fleet Sales Manager, to help through the whole process. Both of them greeted me when I got to the dealership and I was impressed with both of their knowledge on the IS350C and its competitors. It's always nice to buy any product from people who are truly "experts." In addition, they had the car waiting for me and it was exactly the way I speced it out over the phone, Black/Black, suspension package, navigation and with Black Wheels! Obviously, I was very specific on what I wanted and they came through. The whole process from me walking into the dealership to walking out was a little over an hour and most of the time was spent because I was asking a lot of questions. BTW - there was no negotiation, because the price that Brian Crocker extended to me even before I got to the dealership was so good that no dealership in Southern Cal or Northern Cal could come close. More than just a great price, I appreciated the fact that this dealership was progressive enough to understand that I preferred to communicate via email and over the phone and accommodated this desire rather than pushing me to come into the dealership. On a separate note, while I was there I saw a customer complaining that she her car was not washed after she got her car serviced. One of the service guys was explaining to her that the car wash was getting serviced so was not available so she would have to come back the next day. Brendan overheard the situation and immediately offered to pay for a $20 car wash to help her out. Now this is service that the the car industry has lost. What was even more incredible was that I found out that she didn't even buy the car from Lexus of Stevens Creek. So in a nutshell if you want the best customer service, knowledgeable sales staff, best price, and the exact car you want you need to go to Lexus of Stevens Creek and ask for Brendan and Brian. This is a dealership that was clearly designed to meet the needs of car buyers of the 21st century and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.
