Emanuel in Roseville was awesome! He was very prompt, professional and demonstrated great customer service. As a first time Bmw owner, I will definitely refer my friends and family to Bmw Roseville. I took my new 2016 x5 to be serviced and have the back seat belt buckle repaired and him and his manager did not hesitate to accommodate my needs. Thank you for making my first experience hassle free and pleasant!
