$500 for a new tire with a lackluster customer experience

I've owned luxury cars for the past 6 years and I must say it's rather disappointing that BMW does not offer a car for the customer to drive when repairs take more than a day. In addition, no car wash! My car had been sitting on the lot outside and was covered with pollen and bird feces, upsetting as my car was clean when I dropped it off. I'm not expecting red carpet treatment however when you pay close to $80K for a vehicle I definitely expected more. In comparison Mercedes has offered this to their customers for years as I've been a prior customer with no questions asked and always returned my car to me freshly washed and vacuumed. On this visit I had to purchase a new tire and residual lubricant, (obviously to get the tire on the rim) was surrounding the wheel, really? We couldn't have dressed the tires and cleaned it after paying $500 to replace it? I must say I love my BMW but when you spend this much you also purchase an experience and a level of customer loyalty that should be expected at that price tag. Upon calling the dealership to check on the status of my vehicle I was immediately met with the reception desk stating how they were overbooked and all techs were too busy to speak with me. I explained that my vehicle was already in the shop and notably so the tech needed my verbal approval to conduct the work to replace the tire. Again she reiterated that they were overbooked and would likely not be able to complete the required work. I concluded this conversation letting her know my car had been in their possession for 4 days now, let's fix the tire so I can have a vehicle to drive!!! As many of us are, I'm a professional that travels quite a bit and have zero time for these kinds of things, much like the rest of the population. Hoping you find this helpful and make some necessary adjustments, after all BMW's are not cheap cars. Everyone has a choice, my lease is up in December make me choose you vs the competitor.
