Lexus of Cerritos

I knew exactly what I wanted. Test drove the vehicle and was sold. I didn’t need the salesperson to help me decided. Once I got into talking numbers things changed. At that point I felt as if I was just a nobody and wasn’t buying a vehicle. The sales manager himself was extremely rude and racist towards me and my parents when I approached him to ask him a question. That is when I told him I wasn’t there purchasing a pizza I was there purchasing not one but two vehicles!! I had already changed my mind and told them I was not going to purchase the vehicle and was going to take my business elsewhere. Another gentleman stepped in and finally assisted us. I told him how I felt and he was very apologetic about the entire situation. If it wasn’t for him I would never have purchased my vehicles at Lexus of Cerritos.
