I had a fantastic experience at Inver Grove Ford! I came in, knowing that I wanted a Bronco, but didn't want to be excessive in my monthly lease payment compared to what I was currently paying for my Kia. Brian & team helped to customize options to get within my desired payment range AND managed to find an available vehicle that was coming into Minnesota! The process was so smooth, and I love my new vehicle!

Tom Lisle wrote in a signed letter that is was because of a possible bad check. I did offer to pay in cash. He still argued that's not how we do things.

Ford Maverick after a year wait

I snagged myself a brand-spankin' new Ford Maverick from Inver Grove Ford (IGF) about a year ago, and I finally got my hands on it just a few days back. Now, let me tell you, the wait of a whole year to lay eyes on this beauty was worth it! Inver Grove Ford (IGF) was top-notch in keeping me in the loop and updated throughout the entire process. Kudos to them for their great communication! 🚗🌟👍

This time around I was not satisfied. They forgot to put the pil change mil sticker on my windshield, so made me iffy if they even changed my oil. They are over priced. They started they rotated my tires, but I feel it's worse now, while driving it. So, I don't know if they "honored" everything they said they world do to my car.

Purchase of 2023 ford F150 from Inver Grove Ford

Back in 2008 I bought my first F150 from Inver Grove Ford. After 15 years and 170K miles, a new truck was on my wish list. The old truck still was running great but suffering significant rustitus form 15 years of Minnesota road salt. I researched the F150 packages and options for several months and knew what I wanted in my new truck. In July 2022 I went to the dealership and placed my order for a new 2023 F150. Finally on March 31, 2023, I took possession of my new truck. 8 months is a long wait time for a build order F150. Ford kept sending me emails citing "supply chain issues" for the delay. I replied that Henery Ford was the Master of Supply Chain integrity, has this knowledge been lost to Ford? I now have several hundred miles on my new truck and am quite impressed with the quality of the vehicle.

My experience at Inver Grove Ford Lincoln was delightful and humbling! I was humbled by the high level of patience and the amount of time that Ben Saxon put in, going in and out of his office, collaborating with his other departments - And most of all, stretching his work day past his normal closing hours, including having to reassure his wife that he was finishing up with one last customer (ME!) and would be on his way home soon! All of that, just to make sure that I went home with my new car. Words are not enough for me to say how blessed and grateful I have been to Ben and the entire Saxon family, for such a true business committed to genuinely serving all diverse people , including people like me and my kids with the same level of commitment and compassion! I have not hesitated a single bit to recommend the Inver Grove Ford Lincoln to others, since my first Mother's Day Miracle in 2019 - And will continue to tell others of your extraordinary services that I have received from you, since that first graceful day in 2019 that God led me to your dealership, leaving behind other dealerships that were even much closer to where I lived! My kids and I love our new car! We love the bigger room for long legs, and the new digital features . I bought a vehicle at this dealership. A brand new Ford Mustang. I realized that it had these small wheels on it, and I wanted to change them for the bigger ones most vehicle of this kind come with. Because I was one day over the 3 day exchange limit, They played a game of gotcha with me and refused to help me, even though I only had 60 miles on the vehicle, and bought it on September 20th and contacted them on the 25th, with a Sunday as a non business day. Awful and would never do business with them . Tom Leslie the sales manager taunted me on the phone about the '3 day period being over' because I called them on the fourth day. My mother is in the hospital with cancer, and I was busy for a couple days and able to deal with the car problem in the '3 day' period. What awful experience I have at the Inver Grove Ford!!! And Ford Customer relations have not been helpful at all. They don't seem to give [non-permissible content removed]

Nice people, process and product are below average

They are nicest people I have dealt with at a dealer. However, numerous times, I have asked them to change my phone number, the number they have is not mine. I’ve been waiting for my new plates, I had to call to see if they were in because...they have the wrong number on file for me. Plus the car is crap. I should have went with the Kia, better build quality. Rattling in seats, interior parts, and trim. The trim is jammed in the hatch as well and it took a week before they had an available appt to look at it, but I feel they are going to argue with me if they’ll cover it under warranty. Finally, the car does not have a smooth acceleration profile, and often shifts gears in the most jerking way possible under light acceleration. With all the rattles, jerking and defects in the build quality, I am dissatisfied because at this price point there should not be these types of issues.
