The N/A Crossfire was produced from 2004-2008. The total production number is thought to be around 76,000. The car was hand assembled in Germany. It is for all purposes a "baby Benz". The SRT6 is upgraded with the AMG C32 engine, suspension etc. If you have seen an SLK, they have similar interior. While there are bits and pieces manufactured from different parts of the world, the car is actually only ... Read More

Thanks for the replies, guys. I had trouble sleeping last night. My ultimate color for a Crossfire is yellow. I searched the country and only found 4 or 5 yellow roadsters. The closest is in Wallingford CT which is around 100 miles from here. The yellow roadster they have is loaded and also has the Nav system. The only drawback is it has 71K on the clock. Written by: rjmck on Feb 5, 2008 7:29:39 AM

I've been researching the Chrysler Crossfire as a replacement for my 1990 Corvette. I have owned the Vette for almost 8 years but now I'm itching to move on to something different. The Vette is my third vehicle and I've only put 10,000 on it since I purchased it eight years ago. I'm not a hard driver and I enjoy driving a sporty vehicle. I prefer manual transmissions to automatics. Although ... Read More

The "5 inch strap" is for a child safety seat retention strap. Any accessories for your Crossfire can be purchased from the dealer. The Crossfire is a niche car it is not for everyone, it is the "love child" of MB and Chrysler. The Crossfire was overpriced to many when introduced, I paid $41,636.00 for my 2005 Roadster Limited in 2004 and have never regretted it. If you bought your Crossfire ... Read More

Help! My West CD for my 2005 Crossfire is cracked. I was sure that this would be covered under warranty but am being told...no way!! And the cost for the new set is ridiculous. Does anyone know a site where replacement cd's can be purchased. I wouldn't mind paying the price for the CD's from Chrysler, but they haven't been updated since 2004. Thanks so much.

I've been following this discussion with interest, because I use the Nav system in in my 2005 Crossfire Limited Coupe all the time. The system is NOT hard to use, it's just that the documentation is so crappy. It will take you some time and there is a lot of "discovery learning" involved, but once you get the hang of it, it really is a great system. Since the Crossfire system ... Read More

It sounds like you need to go straight to the top on this with Chrysler. Don't settle until you know something as to what could be wrong. If after it's repaired and it happens again, get rid of this car. There is some sort of computer glitch to this and you don't need to be driving a car with the potential of harming you and the occupants inside. Good luck!

As a matter of fact, the Chrysler Pacifica, at almost 8,000 units a month, out sells every crossover in its price range other than Highlander and Pilot which sell 10,000 and 9,000 units a month. The Chrysler Pacifica has just had it seventh consecutive sales increase. The Chrysler Crossfire was never meant to be a giant success. Chrysler ... Read More
