PARIS — The 2014 Mazda 6 wagon has been unveiled ahead of its formal debut at the 2012 Paris Auto Show.
Sales of the Mazda 6 wagon will begin in Europe later this year; the wagon is not expected to be sold in the U.S. "There are no plans to bring the Mazda 6 wagon to the U.S.," wrote Jeremy Barnes, a Mazda North American Operations spokesman in response to an e-mailed query from Edmunds.
The Mazda 6 wagon features the new Skyactiv-D 2.2-liter clean diesel engine. Mazda said the diesel engine will be available in either Standard Power or High Power versions.
The Mazda 6 will also be available with the Skyactiv-G 2.0-liter gasoline engine.
The 2014 Mazda 6 sedan was unveiled at the 2012 Moscow Auto Show.
