FRANKFURT, Germany — The one-off Rolls-Royce Phantom Celestial, which debuted at the 2013 Frankfurt Auto Show, marks the night sky on January 1, 2003.

The heavenly Phantom celebrates "Rolls-Royce Motor Car's renaissance under BMW Group custodianship," the automaker said.

The car is spun off the Phantom Extended Wheelbase model.

The cabin includes a clock with four diamonds and a special picnic set.

The appearance package includes an exterior paint treatment that mimics the night sky by integrating fine glass particles into the paint. The wheel centers get an engraved Spirit of Ecstasy figurine.

"This highly bespoke luxury motor car is the perfect way for us to celebrate our first decade of production at the home of Rolls-Royce in Goodwood, England," said Torsten Muller-Otvos, Rolls-Royce CEO, in a statement.

Rolls-Royce has tweaked its Starlight Headliner to show the constellations as they were at midnight on January 1, 2003. More than a thousand fiber-optic lights are hand-woven into the headliner.

The cabin also gets leather in a "Dusk" shade.

Edmunds says: Rolls-Royce may get the prize for the best custom vehicle at the 2013 Frankfurt Auto Show.
