"I purchased the VinFast VF8 about a month and a half ago, and unfortunately, I've encountered numerous issues since then. I've contacted customer service more than 10 times regarding problems with the AC, screen, speakers, and various errors. The latest issue is critical: everything suddenly stopped, rendering the car undriveable."
