2006 Pontiac Torrent
Named by one of our Grandsons when he was 6 (now 22), we bought Da' Big Hoopty (Our Family's Term of Endearment) brand new in 2006 in Crystal Lake color with all options except the 17" Wheels, and is the best vehicle we have ever owned. Although it is about to turn 67K Miles, it is and has always been a delight to drive, whether around town, AND on trips, in total comfort. Has also … proven many times to be very sure-footed in rain, ice or snow with zero issues. It's dependability has also been 100%, never once leaving us stranded.
So, do we ever plan to part with (our) Da' Big Hoopty? No. Besides, it still looks and rides like a brand new vehicle because we do take very good care of it, as it should be since vehicles are just way too expensive not to do so.
