2025 Kia Carnival Hybrid
We like this van compared to our old Honda Odyssey and less expensive than a new Toyota Sienna, but it is FULL of problems. All of the cruise control, lane assist, etc. goes out every time there is any snow or a heavy rain (front camera is in a bad location). Kia Connect to turn it on / off and unlock the doors went out within a month of buying and though they say the fix is easy the … earliest time I can schedule a repair at the dealer is months away. I finally got ahold of somebody to talk about the Connect issue and realize they entered my email into their system wrong (only used half of my last name) and I've missed multiple recall / service notifications. We've only owned it for 4 months, but LOTS of technical issues in such a short time and very little help from KIA.
