Gordie Boucher Ford Lincoln of West Bend

Eugene Sanchez sold me an F-150 at Gordie Boucher of West Bend. Already a stressful experience (I was giving up my beloved 22 year old Dakota) as I was losing a good buddy in that truck. Eugene understood completely. He took his time with me, and was able to answer every question about the F-150 that I had. While being technically astute, he was also very personable. The test drive was enjoyable. He even was patient enough to go to my garage and see if the truck fit. When we returned Eugene took his time in explaining many things, and while showing me some other options, he was not pushy at all. It was just the type of sales/customer relationship one could ask for. There to answer and demonstrate, but not pushy and gave me time to think about things and make decisions without any pressure. I definitely would buy from Eugene again. The vehicle, a 2016 F-150, was very clean inside and out, and ready to go when I looked at it, and I was able to bring it home that same day. It went home with me with a full tank of gas, all fluids serviced, and an earlier safety bulletin complied with. I was pleased with the condition it was presented in, I am very happy with the truck. Other personnel were very pleasant to work with. Sean, the financial guy explained everything to me and did not rush me at all when I want to spend time reading what I was signing. While waiting, someone always came by to see if I would care for a snack or beverage. They all were very kind and made me feel like I mattered to them all.
