Bergstrom Subaru of Oshkosh

I don't think my experience could have been any worse. Maybe because I pulled up in an old Toyota (purchased there) they didn't think I was a serious buyer. Didn't want to take the time to give me a serious quote. Just off the cuff price , almost $1,000 over MSRP. So I called asking for a sales person to help. Then the sales manager contacted me. After many calls and emails finally got a price $1,800 over the best price and a total of 3 dealers with much better pricing. The preowned are over priced. They had 2 new Foresters and 3 used on the lot. Otherwise the Subaru lot is the dumping ground for all the used cars it would seem. So are they really a Subaru dealer? They were very hard to talk to and just answer simple questions. This is the second bad buying experience at Bergstrom. Anyone who thinks they are getting a good price here isn't doing their homework.
