Wheelers Chevrolet GMC Of Marshfield

I chose Wheelers because as a single woman I could not get my hometown dealer to take me as a serious buyer. In my first email to Michael at Wheelers I expressed my fears of being "taken" because I had never purchased a car on my own, my husband had passed away and this was "his" forte and not mine. Michael's email back assured me that they would do their very best to work with me so I did not feel this way and that he valued me as a customer. I immediately felt that this was the place for me to buy a car. They quoted me prices in an email and did not change them when I was there. My old car needed fixing and they quoted me a price far below what I was quoted from a mechanic I had been going to for three years and took my old car in and starting working on it right away. Michael was patient and kind to me, even let me go to lunch to think about my possible purchase. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and I came off the lot with a brand new Equinox that afternoon. I couldn't have been treated better if I was at a spa, that's how good it felt, no buyer's regret the next day, just happy in my decision. I had follow up emails and calls just to check on me and see if all was well. My only regret is that I won't be buying another one soon, but I sure would go there if I did!!!Thank you Wheelers
