Don Miller Subaru West

My husband and I did our homework and knew we wanted to replace our old Forester with either a newer-used Forester or a newer-used Outback. We walked in the door, and TJ Kelly helped us make the choice of a 2017 used Outback, which we are very pleased with. TJ was personable and very knowledgeable. He quickly tuned in to what is important to us in choosing a car. My husband is an environmental engineer, and had many technical questions, which TJ answered clearly and completely. We were surprised to find ourselves making a car selection more quickly and easily than we have in the past. TJ also did a great job of getting us up to speed on the new features our Outback employees and gave my husband a comprehensive tour under the hood. Steve Weyhrich, was very friendly and helpful with the financing details and explained the warranty options in great detail to help us make the decision best for us. Buying a new car is a major purchase and can be stressful, but it was stress-free working with these two Don Miller staff members. I hope they will still be there when we have to replace our other car. We would be glad to work with them again.
