Don Miller Subaru West

I bought my Subaru Impreza from Don Miller Subaru West. We had been other places, but this place made us feel like we were with family. Our salesman, Mike Zweifel was so knowledgable and we felt like he was helping us to find the car that was best for us, and not just trying to sell the car he wanted us to buy. He helped us evaluate what "we" wanted & helped us navigate thru all the options with our needs in mind. Buying a car can be so overwhelming, and Mike made it so easy. We trusted him fully, and knew he cared about us. The owner came over & answered some questions and talked to us like he had known us all of his life. Once we made the decision to buy, then the Finance manager Kathy Kreutzer helped us with all of the finance decision. She explained all the differences in warranties and service agreements. She has an amazing sense of humor and helped us be at ease during the process. I just cannot say enough what a wonderful experience it was, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car. They care about customer satisfaction and it really shows.
