My experience with Don Miller Subaru East was fantastic. My salesman John Belken listened when I told him what I was looking for, and didn't push me on any features I had expressed disinterest in. I originally arrived on the lot to test drive a new WRX, but ended up test driving both the WRX and the BRZ - twice. John met with me each time as I worked through my decision, and was patient and friendly. My decision process ran for the course of a month and totalled roughly 4-5 visits, and when I finally felt confident going for the BRZ Limited and trading in my previous vehicle, John went above and beyond to make it happen ASAP. At that time, the BRZ I had test driven had been sold, but John and Don Miller East worked to acquire a BRZ Limited from the West side Don Miller as quickly as possible. I was done with my paperwork in a single night, and two days later my new BRZ Limited 6 Speed w/ Performance Package was waiting for me - just in time for my weekend road trip. The Sales Manager (also named John) answered any questions I had, and Rory in Finance was also a pleasure to work with. At the end of the day I would feel 100% confident recommending Don Miller Subaru to any of my friends or family, as they went above and beyond in making sure every part of the car buying process was as thorough and painless as possible.
