Toyota of Brookfield

Normally going to a dealership gives me anxiety, and since I recently moved out here I couldn’t bring a friend with me to endure the whole process with me. But once my car pooped out I couldn’t avoid it anymore. I went to Napleton in Brookfield and had the pleasure of working with Kyle. Where I used to live getting a new car seemed impossible with the very limited inventory, the crazy market adjustments, and absurd markups. You would end up paying 15k plus over MSRP. After speaking with Kyle he assured me that would not be the case here. After a trip to the dealership I found the car I wanted and the buying process was seamless. It was done quickly and efficiently ( no time for the anxiety to kick in). I was beyond impressed by the customer service, attentiveness, and pricing. And I normally don’t write reviews but I’ve had too many bad experiences at dealerships and once I found this gem I would like to recommend to others this dealership and Kyle!
