Not serious about customer service
Written by 09/08/2017
onAbout 5-6 weeks after purchasing my car I started to get solicited by Sirius Radio. They had my personal email, (the one I ONLY use for business), my phone number and my address. I never authorized the dealership to share my personal information with them. Sirius, when contacted, said it was part of the free trial. I was never told by the dealership there would be free radio trial because I would have told them no. If they're serious about customer service they should consider that I gave them that information as part of our business transaction and for no other purpose. Very disappointed.

Dealer Response
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We do provide an informational sheet upon delivery of the vehicle that explains when and why we might share your information. We provide Toyota with your email information, and it is Toyota, not Toyota of Brookfield that shared y our information with Sirius. I know I get inundated with emails myself, and empathize with your problem. There should be a button at the bottom of any of those emails that you can use to unsubscribe from their correspondences. I would, however, like to mention that if you unsubscribe from any of the Toyota (not including the Sirius) emails, you may not receive special offers, like early lease buyback programs, etc. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience. Should you like to discuss this matter further, please feel free to reach out to our General Manager, Henry Tessmer at 262-781-2626. Thank you, for your feedback.
