We've made several purchases from Lexus of Brookfield over the years with the awesome help of Bob Strauss. Bob is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. Part of the great puchase experience is a chance to also work with Wade Schumacher, the technology and electronics specialist. Wade taught us all the new technology features in our Lexus RX350 before we drove off the lot. He was knowledgeable and very patient, assuring us we could call or text with tech questions and return for followup sessions. He also introduced us to his Lexus Wade site for tutorials that we've referenced often.
