Gustman Subaru

Just purchased a 2014 Outback from Gustman Subaru the last week of January 2014. We were just "browsing",and wanted to compare how the AWD handled compared to our 2004 Envoy XL (love 4WD!). Originally planned to purchase in the spring or summer. Very impressed with the symmetrical AWD and how it drove through the snow. Since we learned Subaru was redesigning the Outback for 2015, we decided to get a price on the 2014. After the offer was made, we decided to do some comparison shopping. We had worked a bit more with the other dealership (monopoly) in the valley and what a difference. Although the sales person at the competitor was very knowledgeable and helpful their offer for trade in was laughable. Even after we discussed having an offer over $2,500 more! Needless to say the competitor let us walk out without a sale. We went back to Gustman and were very pleased with the entire process. We are anticipating experiencing the same level of customer relations when and if we need servicing on our new Outback. Thank you Gustman for an outstanding buying experience!
