Gustman Subaru

I used the new car fair market value in this site and then requested quotes from four local dealerships. Only one dealership responded and it was not Gustman, so one star down for that. I got a good quote from another dealership but it was a fair amount of driving, so I decided to try and get a price match from Gustmans. They came close so I decided to take the deal. I knocked another star off for my temporary salesman I say this because I was pressed for time and the guy who helped us out the first time we came looking was gone and we needed to get the deal done due to personel matters. Anyway our temp sales guy was pushey had his hand shoved in my face for a "deal shake" while I was going over numbers there were other things as well but you get the picture.. anyway the deal was good so I decided to overlook it. I wish I would have stopped and told the manager to find someone else but did not. Anyway our "Real" saleman finalized the deal the next week and he was very good very professional. So moral of the story before you get up and leave the dealership or complete a otherwise good deal with a bad taste in your mouth because of a bad sales person try and ask for someone else. I will recommend this dealership based on my real sales guy and the finance dept.
