From my initial inquiry by internet to Joesph Braun, to a tour of my new Lexus with Delivery Specialist Allie England, my experience was exceptional. All my questions were answered thoroughly and professionally. Living over 3 hours north of the dealership proposed a problem as to how I would pick up my new car. Providing customer service above and beyond the norm, Bergstrom sent Al, a delightful gentleman and driver to pick me up at my home! I would definitely buy my next car from Bergstrom.
