Arrogance at its finest

Was looking at the new JX35 and even pre-ordered from Bergstrom Infiniti. The salesman never contacted me to test drive when the model was finally released, I had to contact them 3 times to finally get a test drive. They were unwilling to negotiate on the price, so after the poor experience I took my business elsewhere.
