Disappointed!!

I was very disappointed with their service center. We called in advance to see if they could put my vehicle on the computer for diagnostics and even explained the problem to them. They said yes and it would cost $76.00.. I paid a tow bill to have it towed to them. I explained that I needed to know ASAP as I did not have a vehicle to get back and forth to work now. They assured me they would start on it right away. I get a call the next day saying they could not put it on the computer because it wouldn't crank. (My husband already told them it would not crank before we ever towed it over!!) They than asked me how much I could spend to fix it. :( They assured me that If I gave them 6 hours worth of labor for $390.00 they would be able to find out why it wouldn't crank and get it on the computer. I asked what would happen if they couldn't figure it out. They told me I would still have to pay $390.00 :( So either way I am stuck with a $390.00 bill even if nothing is accomplished!! :( The guy in the service center informed me that I could use my truck as a trade in on something else. I told him No, I just wanted my truck fixed and I could not afford a new one. I called back the next day to see what they had found out and I was told that they did not have time to look at my truck but they did speak to a sales man who had a good deal on a newer vehicle in mind for me :( [violative content deleted] Anyway I explain again I cannot afford another one and re-inerate the fact that I need them to look at my truck ASAP because I need to get back and forth to work. He assured me he would be able to let me know something tommorrow. I continued to call daily at least 3 times a day to find something out, and it was always another excuse as to why they had not even popped the hood on it. Well it has been a little over two weeks and they never even touched it!!! When I called to inform them that I was having it sent elsewhere they were joyous!! :( They did not ask why or offer an apology for my time they had wasted!!! I am at risk of losing my job due to lack of transportation two weeks is ridiculous not to even look!! If this is the kind of service they offer why in the world would I want to buy a vehicle from them??
