Freedom Kia of Morgantown

Purchased a 2019 Kia in November 2018 and they took nearly a month to send in the payoff on my trade-in and only did so after my complaint. Now it's been almost 60 days and I verified with PennDOT that they still haven't sent in taxes and registration to Pennsylvania with my temp plate expiring within a week. They avoid contact, individuals are always "in a meeting" or "out to lunch." Filed complaints with attorneys general in WV, PA and CA. Worst dealership I've ever dealt with.
