Cole Subaru

I was extremely satisfied with my experiences at Cole Subaru. First, I want to compliment Freddie who was my salesperson. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car and helpful but not pushy. After the purchase, he personally introduced me to both the finance manager and the service manager. He was honest and helpful in all aspects of my purchase. He spent most of the afternoon with us and never made me feel rushed. He spent so much time explaining the features of the car to me before I left with it. They run a class act at this dealership. I've never been treated so well. I was also impressed with Freddie's follow-up phone calls, a follow-up phone call from the dealership, and a follow-up E-mail from the dealership. I will tell you what I have told everyone else--they certainly do run a classy business!
