When I think of the car buying experience, I always say, I'd literally rather have a root canal than deal with car salespeople. We called and spoke with Edwin and set an appointment to see a very specific vehicle. We were told it would be up front ready to go for a text drive when we arrived. Upon arrival, we were introduced to Edwin but he was with another customer, so we werehanded off to Preston. I thought, Yep, here we go... BOTH Edwin and Preston were terrific! Preston took great care of us. Edwin checkednin on us several times. Preston was a true professional. The entire car buying experience was super easy. The customer service was exactly what you'd hope for when buying a high end vehicle. The pricing, trade-in, finance process was seemless and definitely not the painful root canal I've always experienced. From start to finish, the process was pleasant, friendly, and professional. Acura of Seattle, Edwin and Preston have a new customer for life!
