Tacoma Subaru

I've dealt with them in person and I had hoped the internet sales department would be better. They have no customer service, rude, arrogant, wastes your time to haggle a few dollars lower, and wouldn't come much lower than MSRP. They told me over and over how no one can beat their price, etc, etc. However, as soon as I started looking around. Every dealership in the Western Washington has lower prices(much lower!) and were so much easier to deal with. I dealt with them a year ago, but just recently had several people tell me how negative their recent encounters were with them. Their internet sales staff is not the most professional looking, professional acting, or appropriate people for the job. You'll get a better deals and better service at other dealerships within 1/2 an hour from this dealership. I'd definitely go somewhere else.
