I have no complaints at all! Sales person Kim cane in on her day off to let me look at a forester I was interested. Very caring & patient person! Eric in financing is the best finance officer I’ve ever had! Explained everything every step of the way & made me feel confident & not stressed or pushed into anything I didn’t feel confident about! Keith Hall the manager is fantastic, he sold my last forester & I wanted his team to be the ones I did business with & I can always trust Keith to give me a great deal on a car! It was worth the 60 mile trip each way to buy a new-used car! My son & I have looked all over the region 2 counties & Tacoma Subaru has the best cars & the car I bought was the lowest miles of all the 2018 touring models! I’m so in love with the new car! It’s very very nice & what I’ve been looking for with very advanced safe technology! I work nights so I need a car with good lighting, power & navigation system. My dream car! I’ve researched the 2018 model for 3 yrs & saves like crazy to be able to get a good down payment for it! Eric the finance officer got the lending institution I wanted as well BECU is the best! I want to thank everyone who was apart of this sale & to all the other employees who cleaned & did the detailing & the protection package fir the windshield & paint!
