People are wonderful - service is not easily done.

I moved here in Covid - no one expects the way things were to be back yet. That being said - getting an appointment is days in advance, cars are (2020 Chevrolet Bolt and 2020 Chevrolet Equinox) NEVER done on time. Sometimes? They have the car for a week. They always offer a loaner, we are lucky enough to not need it, so we have never taken it. Yet somehow - they cannot repeat issues or fix issues. It’s frustrating. They are really nice people, but they can never replicate issues, or say the issue is fixed and return the car in the same non-fixed state. We decided to change dealers.
