Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Spokane

I purchased a 2000 BMW Z3 from Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Spokane. Mike, the salesperson who assisted me with the sale was exceptional, highly skillful, very patient, a people person. I flew from Seattle to pick up the vehicle in Spokane on Saturday morning. Mike was at the airport waiting for me upon my arrival. During my inspection of the vehicle I found some warning lights. Mike promptly ran to his service department trying to resolve the issue and when he found out the issue could only be resolved by the dealer. He automatically assisted me in scheduling an appointment at the Lithia BMW dealer on Saturday. He re-assured me the vehicle comes with 3000 miles or three months warranty. That really put my mind at ease. He is a highly distinguished guy. I will refer all my friends and family to Mike. Kudos Mike. Pleas keep up the good work.
