Enterprise Car Sales Shoreline
Dealership Sales Review
Before contacting Enterprise Car Sales Shoreline directly, I did my homework and knew exactly which car in their inventory I wanted. I was willing to pay the sticker price for the car, which was competitive with the price of similar vehicles on the used car market. Once I had gathered this information, I contacted the agency and asked to be helped by a woman sales associate, if they had one on staff. My request was passed on to Desiree Monson-Mathiesen, a senior sales consultant with 13 years' experience with Enterprise. She responded within minutes. I told her which vehicle I wanted to buy and that I would pay cash. I asked some questions about warranties available and authorized repair shops in the area; she answered the questions thoroughly and promptly, sending pdfs so I could consider the various options in detail. We then made an appointment for me to come in two days later to sign paperwork and pick up the car. When I arrived, Desiree was fully prepared and had the car shiny clean and full of gas. Her efficiency and courtesy would have been enough to earn the 5 stars, but she was also funny, smart, and a pleasure to do business with. I was out of there, driving off in my new/used car, in half an hour. (Desiree said this was at least partly due to the paperwork whiz, Isaac, who happened to be the one to handle my purchase.) All in all, a stellar experience in an industry that doesn't enjoy a stellar reputation for customer satisfaction. What a credit this capable woman is to her industry.
