Service on my 2019 Express cargo van

onSigned estimate was different than estimate on invoice. I asked to skip tire rotation. As I have a contract with a different company to maintain tires. Was told it was noted. My vehicle uses a difficult to find motor oil, so asked to purchase two extra quarts to keep in the vehicle. Was told it was put in vehicle. It was not.
