I was skeptical after reading the reviews but found that after educating myself on the vehicle I was interested in and knowing my financing options, I had no problem getting a fair deal. No one should be surprised when a salesman has a sales pitch or a "hook", that's business, as is making a profit. As long as you're above average intelligence and go in prepared you should walk out happy! I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership and their sales team.
