Never fixed my issue and just wants more of my money

onBack in February I took my car in for a recall repair (to fix a whistling sound the engine makes) and because the car was leaking coolant. The car continues to make the whistling sound and it continues to leak coolant. I took the vehicle back in and was informed that this was NOT covered under the service guarantee and they wanted to charge me $600 to replace a hose! Not only that, they charged me a $100 diagnosis fee to tell me that they didn't fix my issue. Very dissatisfied with the service and the failure to stand behind their work.
