I am very disappointed in the service I received at Zag Motors. I was told that I was approved and that I could use my trade in as the down payment. I received 2 Phone calls reminding me of my appointment and at that time I asked them are you sure I am approved because I didn’t want to come all that way for nothing. When I got there I had to fill out more paperwork and then was told that the only way they can help me is with more money down and I needed a co signer and this was 2 hours later. When I left out of there I was so upset and mad because I was lied to and wasted all that time for nothing.
