Disappointment with Zag and Drew

I purchased a car at the end of December with Drew and I left feeling so happy about my new car and the experience. I quickly posted a raving review about my experience and drove off with my new car. Fast foward a few months, my check engine light comes on and I remember what Drew said about them helping me out if concerns come up. He said it was best to go through them because they can help me out the best they can. At the time, I remember this being so comforting because it seemed like they cared about me even after making a sale. I spent 4 days straight leaving messages and never received a call back. Finally, after telling them how frusterated I was, I received a call back from the manager. I told him about my situation and he replied that he wasn't there when I bought the car so he wasn't sure what Drew had told me. He instead, said it would cost $120 to simply see what the problem was with my new car and then more to fix the problem. To me, this didn't seem like the 'help' Drew had refered too. He then said, he would talk to Drew and call me back the next day. I never received a call back. Two days later, a check was mailed to me containing my DMV refund that was written from their bank in January. To me, it seemed like ZAG had forgotten to send it to me and only remembered once I started calling. Both of these instances have made me feel diminished as a customer and that this company only cares about selling cars and not about their customers. I am disappointed as I previously only had great things to say about my treatment and my car. Needeless to say, I will now tell people about how I was treated and ignored and I will be changing my reviews. I hope in the future that you follow through in your promises.
