5 Star rating for 2006 Ford Focus Going into ZAG Moters I knew the most important need for me was reliable transportation and payment friendly, preferred automatic. I was working with David and Johnathan and mentioned the car I least wanted would be white and the make of a Ford due to maintenance. Some require so many parts coming out just to fix the one gone bad. There was no doubt how Johnathan and David were giving everything they had to make sure my car was reliable and payment friendly. When Johnathan found the perfect car for me it was as if that car was meant to be. That car being a white Ford Focus, manual! 😂 I love this car. Battery is new, maintenance of previous owners shows they cared about the car. Under hood looked so clean and all fluids were filled recently. No leaks, tail pipe looked great. No knocking and car was quite and smooth riding during test ride. Had Bluetooth which is important. 8.5 gallons for fill up at $26.00 and can be so close to empty if gas station is futher than you think. Tires were new in the front and back one had 1000 miles to go. So I did purchase 2 tires at Discount Tires. 5 star rating is for Babs, Janett, David, and Johnathan. Each have their own 5 Stars due to each having those unique charteristics that make for amazing team work. Babs was the intitial contact over the phone. Very easy going personality that leaves you with wanting more. Janett with the Sales Department has that rare ability of explaining every detail you have after signing the paperwork. Janett does more than listen she really wants to hear you and resolve every issue. She is easy to visit with and goes out of her way to assure you of the correct answer you seek. Janett I enjoyed speaking with you. Have the sense you are a true leader in life. Was a true honor to meet you. Thank you David in the Sales Department was another amazing person who I enjoyed doing business with. Being a smaller place, having used vehicles, and limited resources David spent his time and efforts wisely. He can multitask well. David is easy to talk to, answers all the questions you forget to ask as well as ones asked He really worked with me on finding a car I could rely on which meant a great deal to me. Plus he is a genius, humble, and cares for what is the right thing to do over popular opinion. Everyone respects you at ZAG Moters yet David in my opinion is an old soul. He understood me without the judgement on. The world needs a lot more of less judgement and more understanding of walking in another person's shoes. David never made me feel negative or judged in any way. More empowered Thank you David. Both Janett and David are able to assist all those seeking a vehicle in whatever language you speak. If difficulty is present a way will be found. Paperwork forms I saw was Spanish and English. The Lynnwood office was filled with kind hearted professional people that had amazing listening skills. Johnathan is the one who finds a third party to finances the loan if needed. He cane out to meet me, shook my hand and sit down to hear what was important to me.important in a vehicle. There was not a promise but a sense he really will give his all for me to have a reliable car. Johnathan found a car that was unexpectedly enjoyable. I was so impressed with Johnathan and so thankful that the worry of being taken was not an issue. I felt respected as a older woman. The staff is kind hearted, respectful, and works hard to find and see you drive off with a vehicle that day requardless of credit history. No judgements or sense you are wasting there time which is always appreciated. So if you go into buy a car please mention my name as they offer the incentive of cash to whoever can bring them business and that person actually purchases the car. Remember you deserve a car too. Don't worry on what other car places say. ZAG will come through for you.
