Doug's Hyundai

Overall excellent experience which is a first for me. I got a quote from several dealers, including Doug's, via Edmunds. Unfortunately I made a mistake & went to a dealer a bit closer to home first but ended getting an extended run around. Two weeks later I recontacted Doug's but the original car was gone. The Internet Manager/Salesperson was able to locate & obtain in very short order the exact same model/color/option package as from 2 weeks earlier for the same price. I made a test drive & bought the car. The Salesperson was completely honest & straightforward & respectful & there were no tricks. The Finance Mgr was nice too & even got me a lower interest rate on financing than I'd gotten preapproved for by my bank. All in all it was unlike any car buying experience I've had before & would recommend Doug's to anyone, especially if using their Internet buying service.
