West Hills Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I want to share the very positive experience I had when purchasing my 2014 Dodge Ram1500 SLT, Bighorn addition. My husband did his online research, reviewing ratings, speaking to sale associates, and emailing dealerships from Bellingham to Olympia. We had a list and narrowed it down to a few dealerships we thought had the best price for the package we wanted. The deciding factors for us choosing West Hills Dodge were the customer reviews. And I have to agree this dealership is stellar. Jay Powers the online representative set us up with John Kielbasa that set us up with the perfect truck. For the 1st time my husband and I agreed without debate on the color, size, and price. Not to mention there was no pressure to purchase add-ons and no hidden cost. Now let me talk a little about the customer service experience. Everyone was great and I know this should be expected but John Kielbasa made us feel like family. He was so down to earth, easy to talk to, and very positive. He never spoke negatively about any other dealership, and acknowledged his co-workers in a positive light. I was so impressed that even though I live within 10 miles of two Chrysler-Dodge dealerships, I will gladly drive the 28 miles to have my vehicle serviced at West Hills.
