If there was an option for no stars I would have chosen that instead. My experience was horrible. Purchased a car 10 months ago and paid cash. I've been given every reason and possible excuse on why haven't received my title or plates. I've had 6 temporary plates which just expired. Let me add is absolutely illegal in the state of Wa. Come to find out there's no title in hand And this vehicle is still registered under the owner who originally used it as a trade in. I've called and nagged since I purchased this vehicle and I'm always getting a different reason to why they don't have it. After speaking to a professionals come to find out this dealership made a fraudulent sale. They obviously know this and this is probably the reason I'm avoided by every manager in that building. Don't buy from them. They clearly don't care, all they care about is the commission's
