Parsons Kia of Winchester

this dealership sold us a lemon kia soul 2011, husband asked about the knocking engine, salesman said it was normal that it would wear down. The car was and is a true lemon. all the way the engine had to be worked on we told them to take this 22,000 lemon back, refused and kia manufacture never did too.the engine knocked,water came out of it, wires burning, seal came out of sun roof,and at the end car went down an 8ft embankment in moutains hit trees and NO AIR BAGS DEPLOYED>Only God let the driver surive. We sent a certified letter to take this car back and we got stuck with a lemon.This dealership then shuffled us over to hagerstown kia after taking all our paperwork out of the glove box. and finger prints all over the glove department.This is a dealership needs to be closed down for good!
